Run a marathon in May


The British Heart Foundation have launched the MyMarathon campaign – which will see participants run 26.2 miles during the month of May

Whether you’re a first timer, Park Run enthusiast or expert runner, the British Heart Foundation are challenging people to run a marathon in May. But fear not! You don’t have to run it in one go: in fact, you’ll have 31 days to complete it in.

Sound good? The length in time that you take to complete the challenge is entirely up to you. Just run whenever and wherever you want. You’ll be in control as to the pace you run at. So whether it takes you just four hours or our weeks, all that matters is you taking part.
