The fees for our services are listed below and all are inclusive of VAT

Landlord Fee’s

Full Management – 12% monthly (If the rent was £500.00pcm, the fee would be £60.00)

Rent Collection - 9% monthly (If the rent was £500.00pcm, the fee would be £45.00)

Tenant induction – 60% of the monthly rent plus VAT (If the rent was £500.00pcm, the fee would be £300.00)
